OUR 30 DAY RETURN WINDOW

We understand that buying clothing and fashion online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you. We’re devoted to helping you find your perfect matches which is why you may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange – even on sale items! (The refund amount you will receive is for your item/s and does not include the postage charges.)

 

 

HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS TO KISSSUMMER?

 

STEP 1:  Simply log in to My Account, select the item(s) you would like to return and fill out the information required.

STEP 2: Print off the label and stick it on the THE KISSSUMMER packaging or a similar satchel. Then drop it off at to courier service, and you’re done! For more information please also have a look at our FAQ page.

WHAT CAN I RETURN? 

We have a 30 Day No Hassle returns policy on everything at KissSummer – even sale items! When returning an item, we obviously ask that the items has not been worn or washed, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the item when posting.

 

 

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occassion, this does occur please contact customer service on 60123166688 or e-mail support@pakar726.com to let us know and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the product in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product.

 

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item – it is a super idea to drop us an e-mail or phone call to let us know what item you are after so that we can put it on hold for you. Please make a note of your order number and the particular style number in question. We are happy to hold items for one week. The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives!

The important thing to remember is that we want the items you order to be perfect for you… We understand your life is busy so feel free to do things like order two sizes in a style to work out which is the best fit. Take home as much as you like, get a second opinion, try it on with the rest of your wardrobe and return whatever doesn’t work. We love turning our returns around as quickly as possible so you can get on with finding that perfect match!
